Problem saving to camera roll

About 40% of the time, when I export a photo from the Lightroom app to my camera roll, it simply does not appear in my recent photos. I have to go back and export again, and then it shows up. It's annoying to have to go back & forth between my camera roll and LR every time to make sure photos are being exported.
