Problem with Lightroom mobile and laptop version
Hello. Why, when I go to the same lightroom with the same ID that I have in my mobile on macbook, it opens for me and writes that your subscription has expired. My payment is removed every month and everything works fine in the mobile version. On my laptop, it shows old photos there and writes that I need to renew my subscription. But even when I try to update it gives an error (How can I solve this problem?. At the beginning, the subscription was bought in Russia, then, due to the fact that payment cards stopped working, I changed it to another one and everything is still fine with payments. But it is on laptops that after that I can't open the same lightroom to synchronize my phone and laptop. It's important for me for work. Please HElP. Thanks
