Problem with opening the app from my dock

Hi, i'm a mac user and I just bought a new mac. Since then, I can't open lightroom anymore, while all the other apps I use from the creative cloud like InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator do work and give no technical problems. 

 

So I can click on the app from the dock, than the app starts to dance so it should open after a few seconds but it doesn't...

Anyone who had this problem as well or might know a solution how I can fix this issue?

    I have this problem too.  Updated to latest version from 2019 and now Lr won't launch.  I get one bounce of the icon on the dock and nothing happens.  I uninstalled and reinstalled Lr and same results.    Lrc, Ps, Br, Ai all launch fine after similar updates.
