Problem with Shortcuts (Open app doesnt work)

New Here ,
Jun 13, 2021 Jun 13, 2021

I got to make lots of “open app” shortcuts for the extra aesthetic Home Screen, but the Lightroom one doesnt work when I run it from there. I tried to reinstall the shortcut by deleting and creating it again, restarting my device, but still not working. Any suggestions?

The one for creative cloud, photoshop and fresco works properly, btw.

Hi,

I tested this out and I can reproduce.
Once the shortcut (from the Shortcut app) to Lightroom has been shared and "Add to Home Screen" has been selected, the app doesn't start.

I did find a workaround though, if you add anything before the open Lightroom app, e.g. Get Battery level, it will start.

Thanks,
Ignacio

Hi,

which iOS version and app version are you testing with?

Thanks,
Ignacio

iPadOS 14.6 and Lightroom for iPad v.6.3.0. I think those are the most recent updates. I hope you guys can work on it, thanks in advance, Ignacio.
