Problem z subskrypcją i kontem

Question

Witam, posiadam abonament Lightingroom ważną do maja 2024 na adres e-mail anuska3@buziaczek.pl. Problem w tym, że ktoś ukradł moje konto e-mail i nie mogę go odzyskać ani zalogować się na konto Adobe, aby dalej korzystać z lighingroom. Chciałbym kupić nową subskrypcję na inny adres e-mail, ale pojawia się błąd techniczny i nie mogę kupić drugiej subskrypcji na inny adres e-mail.

potrzebuje pilnie nowej subskrypcji na nowy adres e-mail przez błąd techniczny nie mogę jej wykupić...może macie jakieś pomysły ??.

na iPhone koncie pokazuje że mam aktualna subskrypcje.... Pozdrawiam Ania

Lightroom iOS is aware that your iTunes ID already has an active Lightroom plan, and cannot activate a new plan until your current subscription ends for your original account.

Instead, I think it may be easier for you to change the email address used when you sign into Adobe's services. See this page for more info: https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/change-email-address.html

If you need further help, you might want to contact Adobe Support directly. Visit https://helpx.adobe.com/contact/what-contact-options.html. Scroll to the bottom and click on the “Start Now” live chat link in the lower right of this page. Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chat bot.
