There is a problem when exporting DNG files on on iphone/ipad after upgrading to IOS 17/iPadOS 17 -> instead of full size files only small sizes (192x256px) are saved on an iphone/ipad (when I tried to export DNG files to dropbox - everything was OK - the size was 6048x8064px).
Is there any suggestion how to fix it? Is that a bug or do I make something wrong?

I have not upgraded iOS yet, so I can't check what happens. However, if you can export full size images to Dropbox, then you should be able to export full size images to the camera roll or to the Files app using the same method.

But the problem is that exported DNG file has 192x256px size - when saving it on the phone. So the problem is with saving it on the phone or ipad. Before upgrading to iOS 17, it worked perfectly saving full resolution. I use the same method:Export as DNG | Save the picture. So obviously there is some bug and last version of Lightroom Mobile doesn't work well with new iOS.

I don't think the image is 192 x 256 pixels at all. This info is probably from the embedded preview. Look at the file size; it's 20 MB! There is no way that a 192 x 256 pixel image could be that large. So it looks like Lightroom mobile is not doing anything wrong, but iOS17 is showing you the wrong information.

This is not the issue. The file exported as DNG to the phone is Tiff with the size 192x256px (37,2 MB) - I transfer this file from phone to the PC. It's not as it was before (DNG file with full size). When I save the same file as JPG - I've got full size. Look at the preview and the quality of the picture - when it is DNG (saved as Tiff I don't know why) - the quality of the picture shown on phone is much much worse.
So once again: the picture which I try to export as DNG file on the iPhone or iPad (on iOS 17) is saved on phone as TIFF with the size 192x256 px. The same procedure on iOS 16.x - gave the full size DNG file on the phone. I emphize it was the same procedure - saving the photo as DNG file. Obviously it's a bug.

There still is something odd, which makes me believe that iOS17 displays the thumbnail, not the real image. Again, look at the file size. That tiff is 39.1 MB!!! There is absolutely no way that a (non layered) 192x256 pixels tiff file can be 39.1 MB. An uncompressed 192x256 pixels 8 bits/color tiff is 192x256x3 bytes. That is way less than one megabyte. Even a 16 bits tiff with those dimensions is way less than 1 MB.
A 2990 x 3987 pixels 8 bits/color tiff is about 35 MB, so with metadata and an embedded preview this could well be 39.1 MB...

I cannot enclose tiff file here - but I opened it on my PC and saved as JPG - as you can see - the picture is 192x256 px size and it looks like the thumbnail. Again - I have one iPhone with IOS16 and one with IOS17 - the result of the same process in Lightroom Mobile is completely different: when exporting DNG file on IOS16 I get full size DNG file (24,8 MB marked as RAW), when exporting the same file on IOS17 I get a tiff thumbnail (192x256px, 37,2 MB, marked as TIFF). As it looks strange to weight of the file is 37,2 MB and size: 192x256px.
Is there anyone who upgraded his iPhone to IOS17 encounterd the same problem? I mean without upgrading you cannot experience the same situation as I.
Here is a file saved as DNG (which resulted in TIFF file, small size), changed to JPG:

My point is that you are most likely experiencing a iOS17 problem, not necessarily a Lightroom problem. The file size indicates that the exported image is almost certainly the full pixel size, but somehow iOS17 only sees the thumbnail. Here's an idea to check this out. Use Airdrop to send the DNG you exported on your iOS16 iPhone to the iOS17 iPhone. How does this DNG look on the iOS17 iPhone? Does it look correctly? Then this is indeed a Lightroom problem. Does it show the same thumbnail size? Then it is an iOS17 problem you may want to take up with Apple.

I can see both files in my iCloud on both iPhones (they are accessible on both phones) - the photo saved as DNG in Lightroom Mobile on iPhone with IOS 17 has small resolution (192x256px and is marked as TIFF when looking at the info of the picture), the photo saved as DNG on iPhone with IOS 16 has full resolution (in this picture it is 2990x3970px and ist marked as RAW). I have also iPad with IPadOS 17 and following the same procedure on iPad with Lightroom mobile gives the same result - means saving TIFF thumbnail instead of full size DNG file. When I transfer this file to PC it is still TIFF thumbnail with small resolution (192x256px). So no matter is it PC or iPhone or iPad - the DNG file saved on IOS 17 is bad, the DNG file saved on IOS 16 is good.
But...
When I export picture from Lightroom Mobile on iPhone or iPad with IOS17/IOS16 following the same procedure directly to Dropbox (so the only one difference is that on the final step instead of saving the picture on the phone/ipad I choose the dropbox folder in the cloud) it is saved correctly as DNG file with full size. And when I download it on any iPhone or PC, I can see full size DNG file.
All this happen after just after upgrading iPhone and iPad to IOS 17. On my other iPhone with IOS 16 everything works perfectly well.

Great info. That means this is an Apple iOS17 problem, not a Lightroom problem.

It doesn't rather help. What I think is that last version of Lightroom mobile doesn't support new IOS 17.01. And as a subscriber of Adobe applications I would expect Adobe to provide me with compatible software. That's what I pay for.

To make it clear - developers got new version of IOS much earlier than final users - to make their apps compatible with new IOS. So if sth doesn't work after upgrading - it's not the issue of Apple but the issue of developer that its software doesn't work as it should do.

I could be wrong, but I think the problem is not with Adobe. As you have proven yourself, Lightroom mobile can export a full size DNG just fine. Also if it runs under iOS 17. So it seems to me that the problem is how the iOS 17 camera roll treats this DNG. While Dropbox treats it correctly, the camera roll apparently does not. This is my last remark, because obviously we both don't know more than that, so it's useless to continue this discussion.

I thought that the problem is solved with new upgrade iOS 17.0.2, but it's not.

I want to report a bug on Lightroom mobile. There is a problem when exporting DNG files on iphone/ipad after upgrading to IOS 17.01/iPadOS 17.01 -> instead of full size files only small thumbnails (192x256px) are saved on an iphone/ipad (when I tried to export DNG files to dropbox - everything was OK). Moreover the file saved as DNG on phone/ipad is marked not as RAW but as TIFF.
When I follow the same procedure (exporting DNG on the phone) on Lightroom Mobile on IOS 16.x everything is OK (full size RAW picture is visible in photo library of the phone).

Problem still not solved with new upgrade LM v9.01. After two months - I'm very disappointed such a key issue wasn't solved.
