Problems with start Lightroom

Hello, I wanted to ask why after starting Lightroom the curtains at the top left and the menus at the top right do not appear: it is not even possible to open the starting catalog or a new one. The same thing happens with Lightroom Classic. Thanks for any suggestion,

You show Lightroom - what are you missing there?

Lightroom does not work with catalogs, only Lightroom Classic uses catalogs.

Please be more specific on what you miss and/or show a screenshot of Lightroom Classic if the issue appears there.
