Purchases 12 month Subscription won’t let me restore purchases

I got a new iPhone and had everything transferred over , went to sign in and it allowed me but when I went to restore purchases it said I never purchased anything , I connected my Facebook, my apple and it still says the same thing but when I go Into my iTunes account it shows I have a active subscription with them that renewal this Oct 7. I'm so confused on how to get it to work on my new phone
