I have searched the internet for an answer and found this suggestion: C:>users>username>AppData>Local>Adobe>Lightroom CC>Data. Delete the "Data" sub-folder, then restart Lightroom. However I am unable to locate (most of) these folders within my computer, no matter how far I dig into it. I can get into users and into a folder called "Nillz" and then into pictures where I can locate Lightroom but I think it is the Lightroom Classic and I am looking for Lightroom CC. I am on a deadline as most photographers are and am not sure where to turn! Please help!

Hey, @Beca31015862puvn. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for sharing all the details. Before going further, you must ensure all the data is backed up locally or on the cloud.
You can log on to Lightroom Web (https://adobe.ly/3LUKpiM) to check and confirm everything is synced.
Try these steps:
Go to the following location
C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Adobe\Lightroom CCLet me know how it goes,
Thanks!
