Adobe,

You only give a seven day trial - which is not enough to go through each of your products.

Secondly, this being my first experience ever with Lightroom (today and yesterday), I'm supposed to be giving you $80/month for this?

Maybe let me test for 30 days........ So I can make sure you aren't going to screw up my operations and cost me.

Thanks

Well,

thanks for taking the time to reply.

It's the combination of price+problems - had problems with Acrobat making it so I could no longer copy/move/open/rightclick in PDF files.

My Acrobat knowledge is limited to my own usage, so I would suggest you ask the experts on the Acrobat forum, but it appears that you've been posting over there too. Your posts over there also appear to be only looking for arguments rather than help, so while I'm really sorry we were unable to assist you, 7 days seems quite long enough.

Also these messages keep popping up. How do I get rid of them.

I DON'T WANT THE AI SETTINGS RECOMPUTED NO MATTER HOW AWESOME YOU THINK YOUR AI IS.

I WANT THE DECISION. THE CHOICE.

And I also want to know, which settings are going to be affected..... Why leave us in the dark? Your AI is not tht good yet. Sorry.

Extremely, terrible thoughtless UX and data safety here. The nerve to ask for $80/month forcing me to use the entire product range instead of what I just need.

That generally means you have used an AI-based mask and later used the Remove tool in that area, so the mask needs to be updated. Imagine you've created a sky mask and there's a bird in the sky... then you remove the bird, so the sky mask needs to be updated to remove the bird too, otherwise you're left with a ghost. The same thing can happen if you use Lens Blur and then remove. You can just say yes to it (it doesn't affect things you'd need to know about), or you could learn to do things in the optimal order so you don't keep seeing it.

Since you think the software is so awful, and therefore won't be purchasing, I'm not quite sure why you're complaining about the pricing. However, if you have any questions about the different plans available, we'd be pleased to help. For example, the Photoshop & Lightroom plan starts from just $9.99.
