Re: Lightroom fails to load

I have tried all the things above and even had a couple of guy's from support look at the fault, still no good.

I have done everything they ask to get into the system and it's still not getting past the splash card.

Now I have another problem Camera Raw has disappeared from my Creative Cloud apps and I use this a lot as I shoot in Nikon Raw and even as a filter for Jpg's in photoshop. What's going on?????

@IainHamer

it's not clear what you mean by, "it's not getting past the splash card".  eg, if you can't successfully open the cc desktop app, what are you seeing?  a screenshot (that you copy and paste into a reply, don't attach) might be helpful.

Hey, @IainHamer. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out. I've reviewed previous support cases in your account.

Did you set up the MacMini using Migration Assistant from a previous Mac machine? We have seen recent reports where migrating causes overall unpredictability. New accounts have been set up already, and that didn't help. One of the next steps is to set up the MacMini Fresh again.

Let me know how it goes. Thanks!
