Recovering lost photos

I'll keep it short and simple, I used to edit photos on my lightroom mobile but didn't back up my photos and sold my phone(yes i know im dumb) and now i need help in recovering them.

If you didn't work with local files only, your photos were synced to the cloud. Check here: https://lightroom.adobe.com

In that case, log in with the very same Adobe ID on your new phone to get them back.

Did you use the free version of Lightroom, or did you get the 'Premium' option? If you used the Premium option, then your images are in the cloud, as explained by @F. McLion . However, if you used the free version, then the images were only stored on your phone, so there is no way to recover them if you do not have that old phone anymore.

Thanks for the help Johan and McLion. The sad thing is that i did not have premium at the time. So in conclusion those photos are pretty much gone?

Yes, they are gone unless you made backups of your entire phone. An iPhone is often backed up automatically to iCloud, sometimes even without the user realizing this.
