I mistakenly bought the wrong subscription. My intention was to buy the 1 month to test out the app.
Instead I accidentally bought 1 year... Hope you can help me.

We are just other users of Adobe apps in this forum and cannot help with accounts. Only a chat with Adobe support might get you a refund (less than 14days?).
All Plan subscriptions from Adobe are 'One Year' contracts (paid monthly or yearly). There are no 'one month' subscriptions.

In the chat field (lower right of screen), Typing “Agent” into the chat text field will bypass the initial chatbot.

There is no one month subscription. A subscription is always for one year, but you can pay in monthly instalments. So unless you did this very recently, I'm afraid you will not be able to cancel the subscription. You can change it for another one year subscription however.
