Reinstalling Lightroom and PhotoshopCC. They are still on my computer.

Hello, my credit card ran out, so Photoshop and Lightroom stopped running. They are still in Applications. I want to continue, and it is probably time to download the new versions for Big Sur on Mac. I can call Adobe in San Jose and I did try, but getting in touch is difficult. I just want to know how to pay for the new downloads. I am downloading Lightroom right now.
