Question

Remove Face Region

I'm loving the rollout of facial recognition in Lightroom CC, but am having some issues where it's falsely identifying faces (bent elbows and folded hands seem to be the biggest culprits, the latter being a particular issue since much of what I do is for a church!). Is there any way to remove an identified face region other than creating a generic "not a person" person?

    Hi,

Unfortunately there isn’t a way to unassign false positives. You could add a feature request here for it:

Lightroom CC for Desktop | Photoshop Family Customer Community

Apart from that you could hide the clusters that show these. I find it strange that some body parts are identifying as the same person (the minimum limit is 5 faces afaik). Were these images imported direct into CC or synced from Classic?

    I’ll add it, thanks!

To answer your question, all of the affected photos were directly added to CC.
