I have renewed my subscription with Lightroom on my Ipad...but unable to access LR on my IMAC. says renew. Trial over

As I understand it, if you subscribe to Lightroom on the iMac then you automatically get Lightroom for the iPad at no additional cost. However, it doesn't work the other way around. In other words, a subscription for Lightroom on the iPad doesn't include the subscription for the iMac. At least that is the way I understand it.
