Searching for "anything" on my iMAC points me to a Lightroom Catalog file (.Irprev)

Late 2015 iMac Retina. After updating to Mac OS Big Sur, if I use Spotlight or "Commnad F" to search for anything  on my external hard drive, a folder or an image, it shows the path to a Lightroom Catalog file:".Irprev". And EVERYTHING is on my External. In essence, I can't search for anyhting. Sample below, and it's the same if I look for an image.
