Seeing each other's uploaded photos

We have just bought a teams licence. I've started to upload photos to Lightroom, but my colleagues can't see these photos - is there something I need to do?? I assumed each account on the licence would be able to see all the photos - regardless of who uploaded them!

Which Lightroom version are you using? Where are the images located?

Have you shared the album with your colleagues? Has everyone logged in with their registered email ID?
