Tras la última actualización de Lightroom mobile para Android, si seleccionó varias imágenes para compartir, no funciona ninguna de las acciones posibles. Sólo me deja compartir/exportar las imágenes una por una, lo cual es un problema grave.

It only lets me share/export images one by one, which is a serious problem.

Thanks for the information, and I understand the frustration! 

I tested exporting multiple images together using the latest version on my Nothing Phone 2 running Android 15, and it's working as expected. Reinstalling the application might help clear out any issues that might be causing the break.

Hi, thanks for reaching out, and we're sorry about the trouble! 

Could you share the exact version of Lightroom and the version of Android you're using? Are you getting an error or nothing happens when you select the export option? 

I see you have an active subscription on the account you signed into the Community with. Please ensure all the images are synced and backed up to the cloud, and then try reinstalling the app to see if it helps.

La versión del LR es la 10.5.4 (última actualización)

Versión de Android 15 AQ3A.240627.003 EN XIAOMI 14 ULTRA (HYPEROS 2.0.206.0)

No da error, simplemente no responde a las pulsaciones.

Todas las imagenes están sincronizadas, pero eso es irrelevante, simpre a exportado en grupo, al igual que ahora lo hace de forma individual y no voy a desinstalar para volver a hacerlo. Es un fallo de la app y antes deberían revisarlo ustedes.

Hace años que pido, como muchos otros usuarios que pagamos... cada vez más, que implementen la función de aplicar metadatos a varias imágenes a la vez en la versión para IOS , y lo más cerca que hemos estado de una respuesta, es que lo desarrollan equipos diferentes. No es serio, al igual que dedir que reinstalemos la aplicación.

It doesn't give an error, it just doesn't respond to taps.

All the images are synced, but that's irrelevant. It's always exported in batches, just as it does now individually, and I'm not going to uninstall it to do it again. It's a bug in the app, and you should review it first.

For years, I've been asking, like many other paying users... increasingly, that they implement the feature to apply metadata to multiple images at once in the iOS version, and the closest we've gotten to a response is that it's being developed by different teams. It's not serious, just like telling us to reinstall the app..

Efectivamente, reinstalando se ha solucionado el problema, gracias. Ojala la respuesta ha la petición mencionada anteriormente para la app en IOS fuera igual de rápida y eficaz.
