Sending photos/videos with geotag location

Question

I'm trying to send photos/videos via email that includes geotag location details. the receiver of the photos/videos claims that when he saves them the goetag location is not available anymore. Any ideas how to do it?

Hi @Alesssandro_Soricelli64

In the LR iOS app, long-press on the Share button to access Settings, and under More options, turn Location info = On.

Similarly, you can also use Export As.. and under More options, turn Location info = On.

Are you using a phone or a computer?
What program or app is the recipient using to open the email and view the photos?
What version of Lightroom and operating system are you using?
Is the geotagging option definitely turned on during export?
