Shared with me albums not showing!

Hey guys, I've been trying to view/share an album within the Lightroom mobile app with a friend. However I can't seem to make it work. The folder won't show on my "shared with me" tab. I've also tried to create an album and as the album owner share it, but without any luck. The album won't show on any of our applications or devices. The only way to view the albums is through the link invite received through the email invitation. Other than that the album does not show. I've tried uninstalling the app but with no succes. Neither the Lightroom mobile app or the web app are showing the shared album.

Thanks for sharing the screenshots. I see that you've set up the permissions correctly. To make it easier to understand, let's call the recipient of the invite 'B'.

What you see in the email is expected. After clicking the View Album button, User 'B' will land on the shared album. From the top of the screen, they can add their contribution or a test image. Once the image is uploaded, you'll receive an email confirming B's participation in your album.

Let me know how it goes.

Hey, @JM30168484z4ph. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I just tried with a few images, and it worked as expected. I checked the account you used for the Community, and you have an active subscription.

Just to be sure that you've followed the right workflow, head here: https://adobe.ly/4m4TGFq

Please share more details, like the version of Lightroom, specific device model, mobile OS details, screenshots & video recordings of what you see.

Thanks!
