When importing into Smugmug from Lightroom CC, the pics that I had deleted from Lightroom album also got pulled over to Smugmug. That makes it very difficult for me because I basically have to choose the photos that I want AGAIN. I'm not even sure that the edited or the original came over based on this flaw. Can anyone help? I am asking here because customer support from Lightroom is the most atrocious I've ever experienced and there is no consequence for them continueing to shut the door on helping me. Smugmug was not able to help. I've requested that their Lightroom liason get involved, but Smugmug has informed me that even THEY feel that Lightroom is the worst at following up with customer service. Can you tell I'm angry?
Please help! I don't want to have to go through every photo again!! I'm working on a Mac.
