Some Severe issues with performance on my MacBook.

Hello! I have been facing issues everyday working with Lightroom .
I have Macbook Air 2019 with the last Mac. OS verstion on it. My Lightroom is also updated , but EVERY SINGLE time after I restart my computer while exporting any of my photos "PREPARING" process takes forever and never ends , while usually i don't see the process and "EXPORTING" appears and takes 4 secs.

So I have to restart my Lightroom to "EXPORT" instead of non-ending "PREPARING",

Another problem. Why can't I just quit Lightroom from my taskbar using right click? It never responds appropriately. Just ingnores my will to quit... 
EVERY time i have to use force quit (which is not always good for overall performance, I guess) I find it not appropriate . I Pay money for performance .
