Some videos wont work in my shared album to client

I created an album from an event. In my lightroom, it shows that they have downloaded and they will actually play. But once I click on the link. There's 5 small, 2.5/3 minute videos that are still gray and if I click on them it says(sync has not finished for file_____.open lightroom on to continue syncing). But the 10 and 14 minute video work perfectly fine. In the link. I even created a new album for these five 3min videos specifically, and i'm getting the same results ( sync has not finished) and I left the lightroom open all night in hopes of it working and nothing.
