Im using a Sony Alpha ILCE-6700 with up to date firmware ver as of April 14, 2024. Settings, RAW lossless compressed.

I have a premium subscription to photoshop express and no subscription to Light Room. Using iPhone 13 and iPad Pro 11, 4th gen(M2 chip).  Both IOS ver up to date 17.4.1.

Here are the issues,

Light Room mobile

Unable to see thumbnail. When grey image is clicked, the raw image is visible. No editing options as I don't have a subscription

Photoshop express

No image visible but in top corner it says RAW. Nothing happens when I click the image. However, I'm able to view DNG RAW

Photo attached of what I see in Photoshop express.

Please advise how to view ARW RAW in Photoshop express.

This is the Lightroom forum, so I would post a question about Photoshop Express separately in the appropriate forum (https://community.adobe.com/t5/photoshop-express/ct-p/ct-photoshop-express). I doubt Photoshop Express supports raw files, however.

Will do. Photoshop express does have RAW support as I use it to open DNG files.

Any feedback about my light room issue?

What you described is expected behavior for anyone using the free Lightroom app, and when using raw images that iOS itself cannot display (ie., the raw thumbs also look blank in iOS Photos.app)

I'm assuming you are browsing these images in the Device tab, which is just a view of your camera roll.  Before images are imported and processed for display, Lightroom relies on the iOS platform support to display images.  After raw images are opened in the editor, or are at least imported into the app (ie., the Edits tab for users of the free app), they should display.  But as you said, support for raw images is limited to the paid version of the app.
