Mein Speicherplatz bei iCloud ist voll wie kann ich Erweiterung durchführen?

iCloud is Apple, not Adobe. Do you mean Adobe Creative Cloud? You can upgrade the cloud space of the Lightroom plan and the Photography plan, but as far as I know you cannot upgrade the cloud space that comes the Premium plan for Lightroom mobile. You would have to switch to the Lightroom plan in that case.

Do you have the Premium subscription with Lightroom mobile? AFAIK, there is no option to increase the storage with that plan. You would have to switch to the Lightroom plan, which does offer storage upgrade over 1TB.
