Good day!
Hi I am experiencing glitch in my Adobe Lightroom Mobile version 10.5.4 in my Google Pixel Phone. These glitch occurs sometimes and becomes okay after force closing or exiting the app. It seems that there my screen glitches when I scroll through presets. Please see this link for the sample video I record when I try to edit some of my photos.

The pictures were taken on my Pixel Phone on Ultra HDR and 50mp mode of the native camera app.
Thanks
Hope you can help. 🙂

Hey, @Franz Jerome_Delos Re7423. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. Thanks for including the video; it helps.
Does this happen when you view images from a specific device or with specific images? Has it started to happen since a recent update of Lightroom, or the Pixel's Android operating system? Are these presets created by you, or the default presets included in Lightroom?
Also, verify if this happens with all images on the device (non-HDR).
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!

Hi @Sameer K ! Good Day,
Regarding your questions.
I think it only happens in Pixel's Android OS, I have recently posted in a Reddit Community and they said this also happens to their Pixel Phones especially the new Pixel 10 Series.
I also have it in my Pixel 8 Pro but I have'nt encountered it so I think it only happens to the new Pixel 10 series.?
The presets are not also mine but was given to me by my friends via DNG file and saving it as a preset.
The screen glitch occurs occasionally, after I force close the app or retrying after several times, the screen glitch does not occur again, I don't know when or why it happens 🙂 Maybe the app is not yet optimized for the Pixel 10 series since it just come out? Hope the Team can help!
All the best! Hope we can find solution to this. 🙂
Thanks @Sameer K 🙂

This has been happening to me as well, and not just within presets. It happens in any setting. When editing

Same problem here (Pixel 10 Pro). It started after the last Pixel update (Oct 5th) and occurs only in LR mobile.

Same issue here on Pixel 10 Pro makes using LR on mobile a non starter. I'm not seeing this in any other app.

This has also been happening to me. Recently upgraded from a pixel 9 to a pixel 10 pro. I mostly occurs when I'm cropping or editing single images. I never had this issue on the pixel 9 or any previous phones.
I have yet to figure out how to resolve it.

I am seeing weird artifacts across the whole phone screen during all edit steps on Android with the Lightroom app. The issue is intermittent, once it's started the only way I've figured out how to get the issue to stop is restarting the phone.

Hi @maeve_8914, welcome to the community!
Could you share a bit more about what’s happening? Does this issue show up with every image, or just certain ones? What file format are you working with? And do the artifacts appear after using a specific tool or making a particular edit?
If you’re able to send a screenshot, that would be super helpful for us to take a closer look.
Thanks so much!
Alek

I'm trying to catch it in a screen shot but so far no luck. I have seen this both on jpeg and on raw images (Sony). Notably the glitching static appears across the full phone screen not just within the boundary of the image (so like for example the static will appear across the tools themselves along the bottom as well)
I'm not sure if the reason the static isn't showing in the screen shot is because my timing isn't fast enough or that the screenshot simply doesn't capture it. Oh hmm maybe I can screen record

Ok I found a way to reproduce 100% of the time. Edit a photo in the Google Photos app, add a filter and a crop and blur and save the photo. Open the saved photo in Lightroom via the Gallery tab, and the static starts happening.
I tried screen record to capture it but the artifacts are not on the recording. Which to me seems like a screen driver issue maybe?

Hi @Aleke ,
This is what happens to my phone when editing pictures in Lightroom. As you can see there are glitches on the screen appearing when I am editing/scrolling the presets.

Yeah, same here on Pixel 10 Pro XL. It's small and large bands of pink-ish static across the whole screen while editing in LR mobile. It never really goes away after restarting and it can't be screen captured...only recording off screen. It may be an issue with graphics drivers? Either way, it's widespread and likely all up to date Pixel 10s using the LR mobile app. @Aleke
