Strange mismatch of hotkey in Lightroom

In lightroom, when using Ctrl+Shift+S to sync setting, time after time LR launches "prepare images to disc burning" instead of syncing dialog. Tried many times, until relaunch. Relaunch hepled. What could it be?

Could you please let us know the version of Lightroom you're working on?

8.4.1 release, i cant check after resetting preferences, cause after relaunchin LR shortcuts work correctly now
