Stuck sync on mobile device

Help needed. Recently purchased new computer. Moved Lightroom and all files needed from old to new no issues. All files loaded are synced and backed up on new computer, however when I opened on my mobile device all except 5 files are not syncing. Computer say all is synced but phone will not complete the last 5 files. Uninstalled Lightroom on phone powered down. Reinstalled LR thinking this would fix my stuck sync issues. This did not work. Not sure where to go from here any advise.
