Subscription failed to renew

Hi, 

I've been using lightroom for a couple years now and haven't run into any problems. However, I opened Lightroom last night and it told me I needed to renew my subcription. The problem is I've already recived an email stating its been renewed and paid for as well it shows in my banking that the payment did infact go through. but when im in Lightroom and i click the renew button its says I cant for some reason.

 

someone please help I had just downloaded a shoot that needed editing for a client.
