Subscription for Lightroom from App Store do not recognised
Hi. I have purchased sever months ago Lightroom from App Store from my MacBook , but haven't used it for a while. Now, when I try to open the application it opens a window from Adobe, where I am supposed to buy new plan or get a free trial. It seems that my subscription is not recognised. When I try to restore, the following massage appears: "The subscription has already been purchased from Mac App store with a diffrent Adobe ID". I haven't change my Adobe ID....I have my monthly invoices from App Store, so it is verified that I purchase the subscription each month. The system is up to date , as is Lightroom. Anyone knows how to fix the problem? Thanks in advance!
