On a Mac with Lightroom-Desktop (and an Adobe subscription) you should be able to-

Thank you kindly for your help.  I should have elaborated in my question.  I need to do multiple photos at a time.  In Lightroom classic you can filter out a specific camera (as in Lightroom cloud) and then apply the change to the one photo you edit time as you select multiple photos to sync chronology to it.  Generally using a time when both camera captured the same moment in time (i.e first kiss).  When I do this with the cloud version, it does not sync the other photos correctly.

Thanks for your reply

my two cameras were used at the same shoot, so the times are correct already, (both cameras had same time) when I load the images they do not 'sort' together.

And are you sorting by 'Capture Date'?
