sync Lightroom Classic collection to Portfolio

Community Beginner ,
Mar 13, 2025 Mar 13, 2025

I create a website in portfolio ad I have two problems:

1) I add a new page and i choose Lightroom Collection. I then choose a collection that is still synchronized. I can use this page because I can point it as a link on another page. But why I don't see it in the list of pages?

2) If I later add another photo to the collection it does not sync with portfolio and I do not see it on the web page that calls that collection

The photos are perfectly synchronized with Lightroom Web. Why do not they synchronize with Portfolio?

I tried:
- disconnect and reconnect Lightroom Classic from my Adobe account
- clear the browser cache

- delete entire site e restart from scratch

I am on Windows 11 and the Lightroom Classic version is 14.2 Build 202502071718-3869eef7

Thanks in advance for any help you can give me

On the Integrations panel, you have the "Work" gallery specified as the default import destination, but on the Pages panel you have "Work" disabled. Either enable "Work" or choose a different import collection.

I don't understand your first point, especially when you choose "Lightroom Collection". The only Lightroom-related choice in the Add Page dialog is "Lightroom", and choosing that should present a list of all albums in your Adobe Cloud account. And what does "I can use this page because I can point it as a link on another page" mean?

In answer to your second point, there is no automatic syncronisation between Lightroom and Portfolio. If you add new images to an album (or synced collcection) which you have already connected to Portfolio, you need to use the "Reset from Lightroom" option which you will find when you click on the gear icon for the specific Page in Portfolio's Pages list. After doing the reset, you would then of course need to use the Update Live Site button.

Unfortunately I don't have the possibility to "Reset from Lightroom" because I don't see the newly created page in the list of pages as indicated in the first point

I'll show you exactly what I do in the attached image

Thanks a lot
