Sync pending stuck in Lr Desktop--nothing to view

Lr Desktop shows "sync pending" but no photos to view to see what's pending. The photo counts in Lr Desktop, Lr Mobile and Lr Cloud are all the same, so I can't tell why Lr Desktop thinks a sync is pending. No edits have recently been made to the photos. How can I solve this?

 

Using Lr Desktop version 6.2 on a Windows 11 system.

No. There is no sync issues album there.

Since you don't see an album in Lightroom Web, we would need to collect a log from you. 

 

Go to Preferences - Account Tab

Hold down the [Alt] Key and click on the [Sync issues report]

That report should identify the item that is showing as 'stuck'

If you can determine the filename from the report, search for it, select it, and perform a tiny edit to the file.  Move to another image to force a sync. Does the issue now resolve?

Yes


I made edits to each of the ten files. Then I exited Lr and reopened the program again. Still shows "sync pending" without resolution. What do you suggest next?
