Question

Sync stuck

There's 175 photos "synching" but when I go to filters to see what photos are synching, there's nothing there. I believe this is holding up syncing of a bunch of other photos. I have 7500 in "sync issues".  How can I resolve this? I can't clear the 175 syncing pics because it won't tell me which ones are stuck.

You can also try when visting Lightroom Web http://lightroom.adobe.com/ checking to see if there is a Sync Issues Tab over on the left hand side (underneath All Photos dropdown)

Hi Aleah27887444mgng. Welcome to the Lightroom Community. I'll help you figure this out.

We need a few details to help you. What version of Lightroom and macOS are you using? Where is the catalog stored, in internal or external storage?

Please follow these below steps:

1. You can log in to Lightroom Web https://adobe.ly/3RKMu46 and check in the top right side cloud icon is there if images are syncing or not.

2. Also, you can check this link for steps to solve images which are stuck in sync. https://adobe.ly/3zgWJqq

Let me know if this helps.

Regards,

Hi:

I am having the same issue in Lightroom 7.5 (not Classic). I have one file that is stuck syncing. I have attached the detailed version and system details.

I tried the solution to view in the Lightroom web version, but it does not show any files syncing.

I tried filtering on syncing files in Lightroom desktop and it shows no files.  I permanently deleted all files in my deleted items and it now shows zero files, but it still is trying to sync one file.  What other things can I try to resolve this?

thx
