Tengo problemas en el escritorio de mi mac OS Catalina

No se donde dirijirme lo e intentado por activa y por pasiva: Estoy intentando enviar un mensaje para decir que tengo el escritorio bloqueado por la pagina de Adobe Lightroom que estoy pagando religiosamente desde 2018 y sin apenas usar por enfermedad.....

Ruego que alguien me ayude por favor pues no soy ni mucho menos tecnico al uso y tengo muchos problemas para resolver cualquier anomalia....

    Hi there,

    Sorry to hear about this Francisco, would you mind telling us the version of Lightroom you're on?

    Could you please share a screenshot? it would be helpful for us to review the issue.

    Also, please make sure the Creative Cloud application is running on the computer and you're signed in using the correct Adobe credentials.
