    I've checked your account & you have Lightroom Mobile Premium from Appstore & Lightroom 1 TB from MacApp Store.

    What version of Lightroom & the operating system are you working on?

     

    Try these two things:

    • Install Lightroom from the Mac Appstore.
    • Use your email to log in instead of Apple & Google sign-in option when signing into Lightroom.
