I see you are editing in HDR mode. Try saving as AVIF or JXL. iOS should be able to display these well. In my experience, if you export a HDR image as a JPG, the HDR info is recorded as gainmap metadata, and support for this varies more. If you export as a DNG, iOS doesn't always render those the same as Lightroom/Adobe Camera Raw.
