Toolbar to bottom

Can I move the toolbar from the side to bottom? So my image doesn't get smaller when I open the tool bar to edit? Tometimes the app just glitches and gives me that feature, but never on purpose. Does anyone know how to do it?

The Lightroom app for iPad does not currently allow the behavior you're suggesting.  The only similar control is in app settings, and that flips the UI to serve left handed users but keeps the toolbar vertical as you mentioned.

When I need to see the best, largest version of the image while editing, I single tap on the image to hide all controls, then tap again to resume the controls to edit further.
