I have paid a subscription to a new Lightroom account and my question is to know if it's possible to transfert my files from the free account to the one I have a monthly subscription

Yes, there is now a way to do this!
In your paid account, create a shared album and invite your free account to join it. Be sure your free account has "Can Contribute" applied in the settings for the shared album. See this help page for basic info on how to set that up: https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/save-share-photos.html
Then sign into your free account, and add photos to the shared album you joined.
