Unable to open Lightroom again
Hi,
After a synchro error solved, Lightroom stopped working on my computer. Windows has been updated and Lightroom desinstalled and reinstalled again. Lightroom web is accessible, but Lightroom on my computer cannot be opened. What can be done next? Thanks

Which version of Lightroom and Windows are you using? What was the synchronization error, and how was it resolved?
What happens when you try to open the application? Do you see any error messages, or it's just a splash screen that displays and closes?
Please sign out from the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign back in.
If that doesn't help, try resetting Lightroom preferences.
1. Quit Lightroom Classic/ CC.
2. Press and hold the Shift + Alt keys.
3. While holding down the keys, launch Lightroom Classic/ CC. The following dialog box appears: Reset Lightroom Classic/ CC Preferences.
4. Click Yes.
Note: Please back up your presets prior to resetting the preferences.

Hi,
Lightroom was back to normal for a few days and cannot be used again. I am unable to open it with the same type of issues as described before. No issue with synchro

Re my message dated Sept 23, 2022, I do confirm that web Lightoom (desktop version) does not work. LR was uninstalled and reinstalled, it was operational for one day, but I was unable to open it the day after. The online version works, but it has not the same functionalities as the desktop version. It is one month without being able to use LR. Can you help me, please?
