Unable to open Lightroom (Catalog Error)

I recently updated Windows and I tried to launch Lightroom. I continue to get this error and I cant for the life of me find a fix online. Was wondering if anyone else has encountered this issue and has a fix for it. Running Windows 10. 

I get (" Can only init the Organize Moduel once ") after closing the first error message. Thank you in advance!

We need a few details to help you. What version of Lightroom are you using? Does this happen after a series of steps? Where is your catalog stored in internal or external drive?
