I bought the Photography plan with 20GB storage in March 2022 and now want to upgrade the cloud storage to 1TB, however, none of the upgrade options work. Having read this forum I see this is a common problem and the suggestion is to purchase an entire new plan, cancel my existing one and contact customer services to receive a refund, however, I cannot find any contact details for support.
Can someone assist please?

Chat appears to have been removed. Does anyone know how to get in touch with someone at Adobe's support team?
The chat pod does not seem to work with Safari. We are investigating. I was, however, able to see it using Chrome.

Is there another way of access the online chat? Or can someone give me a direct link to the chat site?

I've tried Chrome (101.0.4951.54) and Safari (Version 15.4 (17622.214.171.124.13)) on my Mac M1 (Monterey 12.3.1 (21E258)).

Yes I had tried that but the upgrade cloud storage option isn't available. See screenshot below:

Essentially - storage is not upgradable at this time for redemption code purchases. You will need to purchase the Lightroom 1 TB plan separately to compliment your 20GB CCPP plan or cancel your CCPP plan and get plan that has LrC, LrE, and PS (which costs about the same as the 20GB and the 1TB plan combined.

My specific question was and is I cannot find a way to contact support to orgnise the refund due when I cancel my existing Photography sub. I do appreciate all the help offered but I am still at square one.
Can someone point me at how I can contact someone in Adobe support to organise the refund?

You will need to contact Customer Care for these operations. I am not able to help with your questions. Your account shows you are in UK - have you tried the local (UK) Customer Care Page?
