You are off to a good start. Editing is always subjective and finally your decision.

My comments- Try some [Clarity] and/or [Sharpness]. Use the Brush or Radial Gradient to brighten the eel. Try some +positive [Tint] if you want to lessen the green color balance. Crop away most of the red rock - it does not add anything to the main subject.
