Uploading photos to Cloud is very very slow

Uploading photos to cloud is very very slow.

From the workflow perspective, I use IPAD as the entry point. I copy all photos to IPAD Pro. Then edit while commuting and export to external drive.

To simplify and optimize that workflow, I switched to 1TB plan, so that I can skip the export import part and access the edited files from MAC.

But the Sync to cloud is very very slow. And looks like I have to wait for days to get ~1200 files to be syned (less than 60GB)

I am in a very very high speed internet connection (317.7 Mbps download, 201.5 Mbps Upload).

Any solutions? Or this is a bug which the dev team dont want to care?
