Use Lightroom Classic CC after cancellation

We occasionally use Lighroom 6 to manage and infrequently edit our family photos.

As occasional users, the subscription is a bit too expensive for us and we fear too much dependency over the years. Now we are considering switching to another software which can be purchased via a license without a subscription. However,

I still have some questions about the subscription model:

• The subscription can be cancelled monthly, correct?
• After the cancellation, according to your information, the functions "Import", "Organize", "Export", "Publish", "Print", "Web" and "Slide Show" continue to work. • Can I test the new Lightroom Classic CC and revert back to Lightroom 6 if needed?
