Use lightroom downloader for 2nd time

I have already used Lightroom downloader once, but I've lost these files. Now I want to use it again on the same account, but after scanning for images, the app says that it has already downloaded all the files. How can I use Lightroom downloader for a second time?

Do you see a "Download" item on the menu bar? You should see a "Start Over" option if you expand that menu.
