Am I able to make edits to only part of my videos? Like make the edits start at one point of the video and end at another?

Correct answer Charlie.D

Hello

Video editing in Lightroom allows you to trim the starting or ending point in your clips, but does not allow merging of clips if that is what you are asking.

yes you can edit videos with the help adobe premiere and capcut pro by spliting the required part and make specific video clip from them.

If you use Premiere Pro then you do not have to split the video in order to edit just a part of the video. That's outside of this Lightroom forum, however.

I don't think that is what the OP is asking. I think the OP is asking if you can apply an edit to only a part of the clip (so for example increase the exposure of only the first few seconds) instead of the entire clip. The answer is still negative.

Ah yes, I now understand the original question (Thanks Johan)

Johan is correct.  Lightroom does not make it possible to apply edits to only a certain portion of a video clip.
