Video Sidecar import fails when adding Live Photos to Lightroom Classic

I have the iPhone 11 Pro. When attempting to import the live photo sidecar into Lightroom Classic 9.2, I am getting this new behavior -- the accompanying video files are now failing to import. 

Live Photo support within Lightroom has always been terrible, but now I cannot add the sidecar video files? 😞
