Watermark gets grey outline when exporting in Lightroom and looks different to preview

When I add a watermark to my image it looks perfectly fine in the preview but in the exported file it gets a small grey inner border.

In the attached images you can see the Lightroom preview, the Lightroom export and a Photoshop export where I added the watermark manually to show off the difference, of how it should look like. Also attached is the watermark border I am using.

I just started using Lightroom, so not sure if this is a bug or if I am doing something wrong.

Solved this now - or found the problem: It does not work to use a 1080px watermark and put that on top of a 6000px image even though when I am exporting that as 1080px, since it seems like it first stretches the watermark to 6000px puts it on the 6000px image and then exports that whole watermarked image as 1080px. And scaling the watermark bigger causes the grey outline.

So my solution now was to just use a 6000px watermark, put that on top of the 6000px image and export it as 6000px image as well, because exporting as 1080px did not work for me either. So I then scale the image to 1080px outside of Lightroom. Tool to do that fast for multiple photos is installing Windows PowerToys Image Resizer.
